Until now, most research on bladder health has studied how to treat bladder problems once they are already affecting someone. RISE FOR HEALTH is different because we want to learn ahead of time about the factors that might lead to women and girls developing bladder health problems. We’re hoping in the future, we’ll be able to help women and girls avoid bladder health problems from the start.

RISE FOR HEALTH is sending invitations to people in your region to be part of this important study. We identified addresses from a list of home addresses in your area. This helps to make sure hat we include the voices of a diverse group of people from all races and ethnicities, ages, gender identities, and backgrounds. Only people who received an invitation by mail at their home address can complete the RISE FOR HEALTH survey. We know this means that some people who may want to participate cannot because they didn’t receive an invitation. We so appreciate that you’re interested in our research and want to be involved. In the future, we hope to have more opportunities that you might be eligible for. To learn about future opportunities, check our PLUS website regularly.

Participants who complete the RISE FOR HEALTH study will earn a gift card to thank them for their time. Several gift card options will be available, including Walmart and CVS.

If you received an invitation letter but lost your code, click here to contact us so we can find your code.

You can take the survey on a laptop, desktop, or tablet computer. You can also use a smart phone, but the survey questions might be harder to read. If you use a smart phone to take the survey, we recommend you view it in landscape mode (see below).

The survey is also available on paper. Please see your invitation letter for more information.
